QB510K is an audit-grade platform; password resets are admin-mediated rather than self-service so every credential rotation lands in the 21 CFR Part 11 audit trail.
- 1 · You are an org_owner
Contact support@qbridge.ai from a verified email address with your full name, organisation, and a callback number. Q BRIDGE AI will rotate your password against the seeded record and email back a one-time bundle.
- 2 · You are a named user on a tenant (RA Lead / QA Lead / etc.)
Contact your organisation’s org_owner. They can open Settings → Team, click your row, and issue a new password + e-signature PIN. The change is recorded as a Part 11 audit event under their account.
- 3 · You are testing UAT credentials
The UAT credentials are documented in .deploy-notes/UAT-MANUAL.md §3.0. Re-running seed-qbridge-care-uat.py rotates the entire UAT roster (idempotent on email).
Self-service password-reset email links create a side-channel out of the audit chain: any actor with read access to the user’s inbox can take over the account. For a Part 11 / GAMP-5 Category 5 platform that signs FDA-bound artefacts, this is a deliberate trade-off. A signed, rate-limited reset flow is on the post-pilot roadmap.
